a legend returns to bathurst
Fiat Abarth | Fiat Chrysler Group
Fiat were making their first entrance into Bathurst racing in the Liqui-Moly Bathurst 12 hour endurance race at Mount Panorama Circuit. Fiat, and Abarth in particular, have a rich motor racing history, so while the race was a first for Fiat in Australia, it was also an extension of Fiat’s italian racing heritage.
The scorpion from the Abarth logo was used in order to add intimidation to the vehicle and let people know that the car has considerable power for its size and let competitors know that if they don’t pay attention they might end up stung.
